Before we begin, we want to let you know about a ladies by the names of Sherry Carter of Alabama and of Mississippi who have set out on personal SLANDER campaigns against me personally and the Shorkie  that spans from 2005/06 to still now in 2010.  The only things you find posed about me and the Shorkie internet is by Sherry Carter and -----------. These two ladies have be declined in to the  as they did not qualify due to our strict guidelines in 2006. You will find these ladies have posted the same thing over and over and over again on the internet.

Pure and Simple it literally has grown into something that has left me at a loss for words. So please know that as unfortunate it is.. We are moving forward in the Shorkie brokering with business as usual with the knowledge that this slander exists and UNDERSTAND the source from which it was spewed. Sherry Carter and --------. These two ladies continue to claim to have OFFICIAL ALABAMA SHORKIE PUPPIES use our graphics on their websites in attempt to look reputable and affiliated with us when in fact it is just not true.

We have at the bottom of the page provided facts that will allow you to understand clearly what we have been dealing with and how difficult it has been to TAKE THE HIGH ROAD. These two ladies are indeed relentless and as much as we have ignored them they WILL NOT stop. In an attempt to defend my name and the integrity of the Shorkie breed I have offered the evidence at the bottom of the page.

These ladies have been busted for DRUG trafficking and have court records of animal abuse.  They simply are not who they say they are. So please remember these are court records and facts and newspaper articles on these two ladies to show exactly who they are and what I personally have had to endure and the members. Do not make an emotional purchase anywhere. Take your time in finding the right breeder for you. We are not here to make sales pitches but rather to make sure the public is informed and prepared with good information on how to end up with the Shorkie of their dreams. 

A puppy purchase deserves a lot of your time to research the breed of your choice and breeders; to ensure you are getting what you are paying for from a Reputable Breeder

Finding a Reputable PROFESSIONAL Breeder who is honest and ethical is not an easy task to accomplish

I found it necessary to write a rebuttal responding to the endless rants and lies being spewed by a breeder in Alabama named Sherry Carter and her friend.  The integrity and credibility of the Shorkie breed and the Shorkie is being compromised by the false information being provided by these two ladies and I felt it my duty to set the record straight.  devoted solely to the development of the Shorkie breed and I want  puppy parents to  have a clear understanding of what a Shorkie .

Sherry Carter was denied membership 2006 for reasons you will view below to include a recent  DRUG BUST and very disturbing letter from Sherry Carters own vet that states she burned the eyes of a poor dog pictured below. These  records we were granted directly from the court where it took place as it is a matter of public record and the newspaper in full was received directly from the editor of the paper in Mississippi.

These strict guidelines EXCLUDED Sherry Carter from being accepted  as qualified Shorkie breeders.

The evidence we provide below is just a couple of examples why we are so careful and thorough in our breeder screening.   All records are legal court documents and newspaper articles that show the type of breeders these ladies are.

Before You Buy: Please do not support this growing industry of puppy mill re-sellers. There are many ways to determine if you are purchasing from someone wanting to make a quick profit. Do your research, ask breed/sport/show clubs, which often have online forums, and make an educated decision on where your puppy will be coming from.

Sherry Carter is  NOT in any Club as a  Shorkie Breeder and we are not affiliated with them in anyway. They were denied access into to the .  We have had to post these things below to show people what we have been up against ever since they were denied. From stealing content off of our website to stealing our graphics. We finally had to make a stand to ensure puppy parents did not fall victim to them

These two breeders are just red flags all over the place from drug dealer to puppy mill and animal abuse as you will see below.  Please do your research and be safe on line.  These to gals have ripped of puppy parents all over the USA by sending home sick dogs and that have cost puppy parents hundreds in vet bills!

 

Alabama and Mississippi have no Dog laws that protect these poor puppies. Puppy mills run wild in states where there are no animal welfare acts in

This is animal abuse at its worst.

Sherry Carter LOST! this case as the judge saw hoe neglected this poor dog was. She attempted to blame it on the breeder she got the dog from.  But it was a clear case of animal abuse and her own vet wrote a letter below stating that Sherry burned the eyes of the dog with something. So sad. I am sorry to have to post this but it is information the public needs to see and hear to see what we have been dealing with since she was denied into the a club
